As part of our clearance services we often get asked to carry out full soft strip services by clients who're planning on carrying out works to their property. Be it a domestic bathroom or a commercial building we're here to help with our fully qualified team of professionals. We'll strip a room or building back to nothing leaving it ready for your contractors to carry out the re-development or demolition work.
Catering for soft strip requirements across Kent, Sussex and London we've worked on everything from bathrooms to the full strip-down of a hotel prior to it's re-development into flats. We can carry out one-off works, or long-term projects. Our team also takes care of disposal ensuring up to 100% of waste is disposed of where possible.
All our staff are CSCS and asbestos trained. Site supervisors are SSSTS qualified. Health and safety is a top priority, our health and safety advisor regularly reviews our RAMS to ensure they are up to date.
